Object description:

Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited (BPCL) is an Indian government-owned oil and gas explorer and producer. The company is India’s 2nd largest downstream oil company. BPCL’s Refinery at Mahul Chembur, located in the eastern Mumbai suburbs and established in 1955, is currently having a capacity of processing 12 million tonnes of crude oil per annum and produces liquefied petroleum gas, mineral turpentine oil, aviation turbine fuel, kerosene, motor spirit, diesel, furnace oil & bitumen.

Situation:

Electric heating systems were required for gas turbine fuel gas lines, chemical injection lines of water desalination plant, water building area, chlorination plant lines.

Task:

To provide smooth operations of state-of-the-art power and water plants in Duqm.

Solution:

Our company was responsible for design and supply of electric heating systems, Ex-proof junction boxes JB, control panel and accessories.

The project design took 120 hours. Electric heating systems based on self-regulating cables HTP and series-resistance cables SNF were installed.

Object description:

FGV Bulkers is a Malaysia-based agriculture-business and
one of the world’s largest producers of crude palm oil,
operating in 9 countries across Asia, the Middle East, North America and Europe.

The company owns one of the world’s largest and most modern storage facilities for vegetable oils with a total capacity of more than 1.1 million tons through 13 liquid terminals located in Malaysia, Indonesia and Pakistan.

Situation:

FGV is fortifying its strength in local and international business by further expanding storage assets in Malaysia.

Task:

To protect the pipelines from freezing and to maintain the temperatures.

Solution:

SST Group fulfilled several projects for FGV and supplied electric heat tracing systems for Kuatan liquid terminal in Pahang and liquid terminal in Port of Johor, one of the largest palm oil terminals in the world. The BTC self-regulating heating cables, junction boxes JB with all the accessories requested were installed at the sites.
